Former Twitch streamer James ‘PhantomL0rd’ Vargas, who had been banned from the streaming platform again in 2016 for deceptive his viewers relating to CSGO pores and skin playing, has reportedly received his lawsuit in opposition to the web site. Nevertheless, his calls for for $35 million in damages weren’t fairly met.

The lawsuit was launched by PhantomL0rd himself in 2019 in opposition to Twitch. Within the lawsuit, he accused the platform of “unsubstantiated” and “false accusations” in opposition to him and banning him from it.

The lawsuit led to PhantomL0rd profitable on all counts and receiving a sum of $20,720.34 in damages from Twitch. Evidently, the sum was considerably lower than what he was searching for.

Vargas took it to Twitter to have fun his victory in opposition to Twitch. “Twitch LOST EVERYTHING, together with the fraud declare in opposition to me for the CSGOShuffle allegations,” he stated in a post. “This can be a win for ALL streamers! Twitch can’t bully, lie & deal with streamers unfairly the best way they’ve for years!”
